Vacation Time

Researchers at MIT have discovered a way to print Solar cells onto a piece of paper! This technique will make it possible to print solar cells on almost every printable surface ! This is a breakthrough in solar cell technologies and plans already exist to print these cells on window blinds and curtains!

Dave Forbes has developed a coat that, as you may suspect from reading the post title,displays video on the body of the person wearing it!
We at The Daily Respawn love gadgets. This one is a gadget that certainly would come in handy for advertising purposes,but i do see some danger in wearing these jackets!
I mean what if someone spills a drink on you?Can you imagine the shock and smoke coming of the person that decides to show a sportsgame for his friends and gets the shock of his life when someone throws a beer at him because his team loses a point?
All dangers and plusses a-side it is a fun gadget so we decided to show you the coat in action!Remember this is still a prototype but in the future you can say goodbye to those people tossing advertising signs while doing some acrobatics because The Video Coat is coming!

Review: The 6th Planet – iPhone/iPad

Graphics – Nice looking although a little basic but the Comic book looks great.
Sounds – Music is soothing, sound effects good enough but a little plain.
Gameplay – The Gameplay is fun and can get challenging but could get a little repetitive at times.To short.

What has an ape, space ships and comics got in common? No, it’s not Planet of the Apes,It’s:
The 6th Planet.
The 6th Planet is a fun Lunar landing game with more than just landing your ship on offer.
The main game play is taken from basic Lunar landing formats but with extra tweaks like piloting through check points or the “Dark side of the Moon” missions where you have to pilot your ship through near darkness and cramp places. Add to this meteors, gas pockets, lava and other nasty tricks, you have to be on your toes or your ship will be destroyed.
But that is not all that 6th Planet has to offer. There is also a full story in the form of a Comic book that is not only drawn brilliantly but has a great story too. The game and comic run consecutively and keeps the game feeling fresh. I have to point out that sometimes when the comic story heats up and you get yanked back into the game play, it can be rather frustrating and vice versa especially if you are in full flow in the game and want to carry on playing, but this is only a small problem and does tend to keep you wanting to play to go back to the mode you want to be in .
The controls are simple and perfect for the game – with just press left and right for side thrusters and both sides for under/lift thrusters.
So is 6th Planet worth purchasing? I would say yes and yes again, especially as it is Free at present - so go get it and have fun.

Mission Impossible 4 – Ghost Protocol
Tom Cruise is an actor that does not do many movies in one year but every now and then he returns with another action packed, prequel, sequel or feature film!This time he returns in, already the 4th Mission Impossible with the title Ghost Protocol!Given the fact that mr. Cruise is entering his 50′s we might have to compliment him on the effort bacause this 4th mission impossible flick is really looking awesome!Bear with me it is only a trailer but, what an action packed trailer!If this trailer is an indication of the movie to come,i think we will not be disappointed with this one!
The movie release date is set to 15 December 2011 so we have to wait a few months before we can see if it is really that good!

Beer Brand Guinness released a commercial that is not received well by a lot of uptight people!
We think it is not really necessary to ban this advert but on the perspective of showing it to little kids we understand that it should only be shown on a later time schedule preferably when the kids are in bed!
